Rennick Andreoli is President of RDA Hotel Management Company and co-founder of FHC Hotel Company, which at one time was the largest Hilton Hotel and Sheraton franchise holder. Over the past 43 years, his ownership perspective has proven invaluable in the purchase, construction, renovation and operation of over forty hotels, mixed-use facilities, restaurants, golf courses and office complexes throughout the United States. One of his flagship properties, the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, has been recognized as the longest continually owned and operated Hilton franchise in the country.
Rennick is a graduate of Ohio University and attended Cornell University for Hotel Management and the American School in Switzerland.
His past résumé includes being a General Manager and Managing Director, for over ten years, of the Quaker Square Complex, a mixed-use facility with 36 retail shops, five restaurants and a Hilton Hotel, listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Rennick is very active philanthropist and in 2011 received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for his outstanding service to the community. He currently sits on the boards of the Hilton Advisory Ownership Council, Akron Rotary Club and is Chairman of the Stephen A. Comunale, Jr. Family Cancer Foundation.
Rennick has endowed two scholarships for the University of Akron’s Hospitality Management Program that are awarded annually to encourage students to pursue his life-long interest in the industry. He has also supported the Karl O. Nygaard Memorial Scholarship in the College of Business Administration.

Michael Gallucci, is the Executive Vice President of RDA Hotel Management Company and President of the Cornerstone Management Company, which over the past 32 years has owned and operated seventeen hotels/restaurants and also offered hotel consulting services. He graduated from Bowling Green State University and Cleveland Marshall College of Law and has been a licensed attorney since 1980.Mr. Gallucci serves on the boards of Akron General Health System, Akron Rotary Camp board member and is a Trustee of the Esther Lewis Warburton Foundation.

John Bresnahan, Chief Financial Officer of RDA Hotel Management and the former Vice President and Controller for The Cornerstone Management Company. He brings over 42 years of experience in restaurant and hotel management operations including being a Buyer and Office Manager for a national restaurant chain. His experience also includes multiple hotel franchise accounting.
Mr. Bresnahan graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance with a B.A. in Business and Finance. He serves as a Trustee on the board of the Bath United Church of Christ.

Jeff Lynch has over 30 years of experience in hospitality operations and management. His hotel experience includes both, sales and food and beverage management. It is with this diverse experience that Jeff gained an extensive insight into the hotel industry. He has opened seven hotels, a banquet center and bar complex and two restaurants. For the last 9 years Jeff has worked for RDA as General Manager and currently manages the Sheraton Suites Akron/Cuyahoga Falls. Jeff provides the high energy that is needed to keep up with the fast paced and rapidly changing industry. He is relentless in his pursuit of good business opportunities, efficient operations and works with management on important strategies to maintain quality, positive guest experiences and return on investment.

Edson Pinheiro is a seasoned hospitality expert with over 25 years of experience in creating unforgettable guest experiences at RDA Management. Graduated from the school of Tourism in Venezuela, and a University of Akron Alumni. He has handled different positions in the hotel business, consistently exceeding guest expectations through impeccable service and attention to detail in the room division department as well as in Food and Beverage. Edson’s passion for hospitality extends to the technology aspect of the operations, as he has designed and executed cutting-edge AV productions for corporate events, conferences, and entertainment. When he’s not busy with the daily operations, you can find him exploring the latest technology innovations.

She brings over 30 years of expertise in all aspects of payroll. Her background includes 30 years of multi location payroll and Human Resource Management in related industries.

Suzanne Kraynik, Director of Revenue Management, joined RDA in 1995. A graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Business degree specializing in Hospitality Management, she has extensive experience in Front Office and Corporate Sales Management. She has in depth knowledge of Hilton, Marriott and IHG revenue and reservation systems and also serves as Building Manager for RDA‘s 100,000 square foot office complex located on the RDA campus in Akron.

Kimberly Hurray, Director of Marketing, has over 35 years experience working within the hospitality management field, including sales, marketing, management and operations. She has worked at properties within Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Wyndham hotel groups. She received her degree in Business Management from the University of Akron. She serves as a board member for the Hardesty Park Association and acts as the Adopt-A-Site Volunteer Coordinator for her neighborhood Keep Akron Beautiful program.

She has experience in office management, sales and human resources. Prior to joining RDA, she was Sales Manager for a Northeast Ohio resort and worked with real estate property management companies.

Mary Pinheiro, Director of Learning and Development, is a graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in education. She has been with RDA Management for over 20 years with her focus in Human Resource Management. Mary has experience working within the properties of Hilton, Starwood, Marriot and IHG. She is skilled in both Union and Non-Union environments, recruitment, talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits admin, policy development, HR compliance, employment law, employee relations, and the training and development of team members.
