Rennick Andreoli is President of RDA Hotel Management Company and co-founder of FHC Hotel Company, which at one time was the largest Hilton Hotel and Sheraton franchise holder. Over the past 43 years, his ownership perspective has proven invaluable in the purchase, construction, renovation and operation of over forty hotels, mixed-use facilities, restaurants, golf courses and office complexes throughout the United States. One of his flagship properties, the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, has been recognized as the longest continually owned and operated Hilton franchise in the country.
Rennick is a graduate of Ohio University and attended Cornell University for Hotel Management and the American School in Switzerland.
His past résumé includes being a General Manager and Managing Director, for over ten years, of the Quaker Square Complex, a mixed-use facility with 36 retail shops, five restaurants and a Hilton Hotel, listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Rennick is very active philanthropist and in 2011 received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for his outstanding service to the community. He currently sits on the boards of the Hilton Advisory Ownership Council, Akron Rotary Club and is Chairman of the Stephen A. Comunale, Jr. Family Cancer Foundation.
Rennick has endowed two scholarships for the University of Akron’s Hospitality Management Program that are awarded annually to encourage students to pursue his life-long interest in the industry. He has also supported the Karl O. Nygaard Memorial Scholarship in the College of Business Administration.
